“Our experience with Chad Ring and Caring Transitions of West Omaha has been outstanding! We are in our late sixties, sold our home, and are seriously downsizing. We asked Chad to meet with us and outline his various services. He is very professional, and very patient & kind. We chose his moving service, and his clean-out service (which included his attempting to sell what he could from that). The move went extremely well. They were very patient and careful with our things (lots of antiques), and got us moved and set up in our smaller place all in one day. Chad gave us 3 days to “regroup” and then did the complete clean-out of our home, also in one day. We could not imagine having a nicer, more caring or professional group working with us through this emotional transition. Chad was very up front and clear about the costs, which we found to be very reasonable. “I'd give Urban Bead Gallery ten stars if I could. The owner is so friendly and helpful--and she brought her puppies! (Doesn't that make any store better?) She had answers for all of my questions, even if they were as broad as "I need a pink Delica for a two-year-old's birthday gift." She also admired the pieces I brought in to show her, making me feel proud of myself. And the selection! She has every color of Delica beads--every single one--along with a large selection of other types of beads. She also has thread and clasps and some other things I don't remember (I was focused on the Delica beads). Wonderful store, wonderful selection, wonderful owner, wonderful conversations. I don't have a picture of the store, so I'll post one of a piece she admired.”

“Started having clutch issues driving into Omaha on a cross country road trip and the folks at Certified Transmission very kindly squeezed us in for an inspection right away. Earlier in the day we had been quoted a huge bill by another shop to inspect the car and have the clutch kit replaced without any comprehensive assessment. The folks at Certified Transmission were super sympathetic to our situation and did a free assessment of our car and determined how to get us back on the road that day - they saved us from doing a huge unnecessary repair!
