The competitive boys team is coached by a retired cahoy's gymnast and the girls team and Xcel team are coached by a range of coaches from retired Gymnasts to the daughter of the owner her son and his wife. When you join cahoy's you join a family who values safety and respect of you your child and your family as well as the sport of gymnastics it self. Cahoy's Provides a safe learning environment for kids if all ages. Cahoy's gymnastics is truly the best gym I've have ever been to and the coaches are like my second parents.
