Lindsey has a mother's or grandmother's touch in baking. Every pie, cookies or other pastries I've purchased from her were definitely on my top 10 list for excellence. It was tough not to order more when she was my old neighbor. But I did anyway. If your not counting calories check out her large array of goodies. I guarantee you will be back for more. I almost forgot about the cinnamon rolls, they are to die for with a really tasty topping.
Contacted the owner, Lindsay about making cookies 🍪 for my wedding in March, my future husband loves her cookies so we decided to order monster cookies instead of a traditional wedding cake. Plus it’s just easier than cutting and servicing cake, although her cakes are great as well, the women is a legit artist! So maybe just a small one?? The owner was incredibly responsive. We are looking forward to the day and hopefully all our guest will appreciate her efforts as much as my spouse.
Paper Moon Pastries made cupcakes for my baby shower and a gorgeous cake for my husband's surprise 30th birthday party.
They looked amazing, the cupcakes were elegant and precise, with details I just loved. The 3 tier cemetery "R.I.P. youth" cake was creative, clean, detailed, and fun. Believe it or not, they tasted just as good as they looked.
Lindsey is a one-of-a-kind old soul whose desire to create a beautiful space in her community is rivaled only by her drive to make outstanding delicacies. Her heart for serving delicious treats is motivated by a genuine love for people - making her a rare and joyful force for good to those around her. Lindsey is consistently easy to work with, organized, and ever-ready to meet the needs of her customers. I highly recommend!!
Lindsey’s pastries are the best I’ve had, hands down! She’s so easy to work with, you can tell she loves what she does, and in turn, that shines through to her baking! Cortland is very fortunate to have Paper Moon Pastries! (Finally!)
