Love their straight forward approach to taking care of our animals. Most vets feel like a used car salesmen to me, always trying to sell another medication or another appointment to make a buck, not here. They give you their honest approach straight forward and I always know what to except and what the cost is going to be. They have saved both of our dogs in an emergency and several of our cats. You definitely feel taken care of when you entrust your animals care to this family owned business.

Great veterinary services. Everyone is so great there and very knowledgeable about cats and dogs (which is all I have taken there but sure they have knowledge about other animals)

The entire staff is amazing! They are always so good with my Goldendoodle pup every time we go there. They let me know when she is due for shots and answer any questions I have! We have no worries boarding her there when we are gone, easier to be away when we know she is in great hands! Thank you!!!

Approximately five years ago, my husky’s vet left her clinic in my town and went to an emergency vet clinic in another town, Meaning that we had to find a new vet. I was so sad and had no idea what I was gonna do, We tried a couple of vets and were disappointed or left just feeling uncomfortable. In their defense, We had big shoes to fill because we absolutely loved the previous vet. And then when I got my boxer puppy, he was having some issues, so I took him to the vet that we had decided to settle with going to knowing that him being a puppy he was going to multiple visits in his first year and we needed a study vet to go to, And his issues didn’t get better and we went back and we went through the cycle for what felt like forever and he just wasn’t getting better. and that vet office made me feel like I was over reacting everytime they seen him or I called, And every time kept saying that he was fine there was nothing wrong with him. Even though you could SEE that he looked sick. The people I got him from recommended countryside as that’s where they took their dogs and puppies to get first shots, etc. so I figured, it definitely wasn’t going to hurt to try. And instantly knew that we had found our new vet. They were great. They never once made me feel like I Was just overreacting or making a big deal out of nothing. Turned out that he had a parasite because he got a three day dewormer when he should have gotten a five day dewormer or something like that, it’s been awhile now since this. But they were great! (I could be wrong about the exact details, but the point is he was actually sick and I wasn’t just being worried and overreacting like the other vet made me feel) Something we had been battling with for three or four months was cured within a week! And my boy started to look and feel better. And we’ve gone to them since. Dr. John is amazing with them And always explains everything in depth, making sure that we understand it. we’ve Seen Dr. Jane a couple Of times I think last minute, Or after hours when she was on call, and she’s been wonderful also. They always make my concerns feel valid, and when we’ve Had to be seen for something that wasn’t routine, we always leave feeling Reassured, and comfortable. My boxer had some, I believe, unavoidable complications after being fixed and he had to be seen not once, but twice after clinic hours. Not to mention multiple phone calls and conversations. not once did they make me feel like it was an inconvenience or like they were anything but happy to help! My husky has always seemed comfortable with them, which is saying Something, as she can be kind of skittish or shy at times. I would recommend these guys to anyone anytime! I can’t think of one bad experience or anything negative to say. I feel like they’re reasonably priced, However, I don’t really have much to compare it to as I’ve only gone to them for 4/5 years now. But I’ve never gone to pay a bill and felt like the total was crazy high. I have, however, been expecting a A visit or something to be a lot more and been shocked by how much less it was than I thought!

I just returned home from an appointment with Countryside Veterinary Clinic. It was a wonderful experience for my big kitty Bob and myself. He was having an issue with his coat and needed help. Dr. Janet was able to see him quickly and get the problem taken care of.
This is a kind, caring and knowledgeable clinic that has first class doctors and staff. Through the years, all of my pets have been treated like champions by Countryside. I also appreciate the understanding and compassion shown to me the as the guardian of my pet family. Many thanks to the Winter family for providing quality care and services!
