(December 20, 2019, 3:48 pm)My mom received over the top compassionate, patient and loving care while at Southlake. She feels they went above and beyond in caring for her. She enjoyed the delicious food and family meal times. She received outstanding OT and PT. It was a clean, peaceful, hospitable place to visit. We were always greeting with smiles, popcorn and ice cream. We thank you so much for your kindness to us all. We all will highly recommend your rehabilitation facility to everyone. Thanks so much to everyone from food service, to social workers, to nursing care, to cleaning staff, and to the occupational and physical therapists.

(July 6, 2018, 8:58 pm)My mom was in the hospital for 5 days and had to go somewhere for rehab when she was released and Southlake didn’t have a room in the rehab unit but found another room for her. I cannot say enough positive things about every single person that works there. My mom was in an assisted living home before she was admitted to the hospital but realized after she was at Southlake for 3 weeks that it was the place she should be at. She made the decision to stay there after therapy and the staff is absolutely wonderful! I just want to thank everyone there for the caring service they provide.
