I actually rent a lot here. Rent is a little higher then most others in Lincoln, they do a background check, if denied originally, then they send it to fair action housing which may give approval.
They are adding trailers for sale into the empty lots, they are all modern double wide trailer homes. Free internet and cable when living on any lot, just call and set up on thier bulk acct.

The staff is amazing and helpful when buying a home! Can’t wait to see the new ones being brought in!! So excited 😊

I’ve lived here for 7 years. The new management has been making lots of good changes. I feel safe here. I like living here, it's a really nice communiy to live.
