“We have lived in both Brenneman Farms and now at Brenneman Lakes for three years now and we have had three years of outstanding service! When we contact the office, they reply almost immediately! They are courteous and professional. They really care about their residents. The Maintenance Staff is second to none. They, too, are very courteous and professional. In most instances, we have received a response the same day. When repairs have been necessary, they take care of the issues in a timely manner. We recently had an issue with the washing machine. We reported it to the appropriate personnel and within a week, a new machine was installed!!! We love it here!!!”

“Took my 22-year-old daughter here for her first time. The first thing she said is that it reminded her of an old dinner (in a good way). The music is on point with the theme and I find this location to always be clean. We came for a 99 cent margarita; they are just right for me as I don't like mine too boozy. I think they are delicious. We also ordered fries. They must be made to order cause they were piping hot. The free self serve ranch and Western sauce are the best. Thanks for giving us girls a fun place to chat and watch the final 4 volleyball on TV. I think we just found 'our special spot'.”

“I have found this place to operate in a professional matter as one would expect a medical office to do. It's always very clean and inviting in the waiting area which includes a selection of magazines and books to read (adult and children's books/magazines), comfortable couches and chairs, as well as an entire room dedicated to keep any young spirit busy with play while parents are nearby if need be. The front reception staff are some of the best around, very friendly, confidential and accommodating. The practitioners here have experience and use it well to help you with whatever your needs may be. BEST OF ALL, they're down to earth and understand how busy life can get, I have always and will always recommend this place to anyone searching for an answer/help for mental health needs. Don't be ashamed of not having all the answers to difficult situations or habits.
