I can't say enough how happy I am with the results I am seeing from the treatments. In Aug 2021 I was told I was going to have to have a partial knee replacement but before they could do that I need to get 2 cortisone shots. That first one hurt so bad that I did not want to go back for the second. I was then told about acupuncture so I thought I would give it a try. When I overheard my husband and daughter say wow that must be working we have not seen her move that fast in years. Each time I go back it is just that much more relife. At this time if I can put off the knee replacement as much as I can I will do so. Thank you so much for what you do and bring pain relief that is not a pill or cutting into someone.
I decided to start doing acupuncture for my chronic headaches. Its wonderful to have a place to go in Lincoln for affordable acupuncture. Cait is amazing! She is so caring and wants to make a difference for people who suffer with chronic pain. She provides such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere!
The moment I got there I felt seen and cared for by Cait. I knew I could be vulnerable and really talk about some goals/ concerns I had around a number of issues.
It was a wonderful experience, very calming and restful. The model of community healing also felt new and meaningful to participate in.
Plus with their sliding scale, it makes it accessible and that is a commitment to supporting community healing/ care. I can’t wait for another session, and I look forward to other ways to support this place!
I can't say enough positive things about Cait and her healing mission at Lincoln Acupuncture. This warm, kind, gentle environment is a wonderful place to go and get relief. No matter how hard I try, I can't help but relax enough that I fall asleep. If you're dealing with pain, inflammation, anxiety... You name it, go see Cate. Also, this is extremely affordable therapy on a sliding scale. Often acupuncture is a high level cost. Cate does community acupuncture (safely distanced!), it's very comfortable and not at all awkward to be in the same room as others, like I was worried about.
Part of my healing journey includes Lincoln Acupuncture Project-I feel incredibly blessed to have access to such affordable, high quality acupuncture treatments. Cait is very knowledgeable, patient & kind. With each treatment I feel a bit closer to healing, giving me hope. The energy I feel flowing through my body while the needles are in, is both calming & energizing -refering to it as my natural "pain pill" & "chill pill". I highly recommend everyone visit Lincoln Acupuncture Project. Whether you have issues with health, anxiety, sleep, etc.... or you just utilize it as part of your "well care", it can be beneficial.
