Outstanding service and recommendations from Craig and his trustworthy team. We really appreciated the excellent relationships between Penske sites in securing the exact vehicle we needed. We are pleased with our coast-to-coast experience in a Penske Truck. All went very smoothly and we were confident Penske personnel would have stepped in had there been any problem at all. We remember our adventure fondly and continuously notice Penske trucks on the roads. We will return to Craig if we ever need to haul more belongings in the future.

The only issue I encourage the Penske Corporation to review is allowing people to be assured they will have the size truck they need especially when reservations are made in advance and the journeys are long - as in our case.

Ty is GREAT! He was very knowledgeable and patient, and offered great advice and assistance. He explained things well without all the "gibberish". I would highly recommend him! He's also open on Saturdays which I personally feel is very important to have an agent so readily available outside "regular" business hours.
