The Body Lab

I absolutely love my visits at The Body Lab! Dr. Rachel’s treatments have made a massive difference in my chronic pain. I appreciate the care and concern she shows, and her expertise and knowledge are top-notch. My visits are more than just a typical adjustment, and I always get a new stretch or exercise that I can do from home. I highly recommend going for an evaluation if you’re at all interested.

10/10. I cannot recommend Rachel with the Body Lab enough!! Not only is she incredibly knowledgable when it comes to needing, rehab and chiropractic but she is one of the kindest souls. 30 minutes is never enough time with her when it comes to rehabbing my body and picking her brain!

Going to a new chiro who specializes in needing was a little scary for me but Rachel was quick to put me at ease. After seeing her every 2 weeks for 6 months she still asks if it's okay to needle and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Even when my body is not in pain I will continue to visit her. Thanks for all that you do TBL!

Rachel is fantastic to work with! She is very good about asking and listening to what I need treated each time I visit. Her treatment always hits the mark and she provides much more than the traditional chiropractic treatment. I was a bit hesitant about trying dry needling at first, but it has been very helpful in my recovery. Rachel has also created an environment at The Body Lab that is very welcoming and she is very caring and personable. I actually look forward to my appointments. I would highly recommend Rachel and The Body Lab to anyone needing treatment for an injury, or wanting some preventative maintenance to keep themselves active.

The Body Lab is the best chiropractic experience I have ever had! It is not one of those practices where they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Dr. Rachel is an incredible chiropractor and an even better human being. She takes the time to get to know you and helps you get to know your own body better by explaining in easy to understand terms what is causing your ailments. She gets to the root of the problem and gives simple yet effective exercises that encourages mobility and helps prevent future injuries. The ambiance of the office is the cherry on top of an overall great experience. I encourage anyone who wants to feel better to visit The Body Lab!

Rachel Huston is an incredible chiropractor. Her passion is evident in what she does, from her patient care to her intentionally designed office space. She is extremely knowledgeable and is up to date with current research to be as evidence informed as possible in her practice. On top of that, she’s incredibly genuine and fun to work with. As a chiropractor myself, I don’t give praise out lightly but I would absolutely trust Rachel to care for me and my family in a heartbeat.
