(March 10, 2020, 4:14 pm)I always appreciate the prompt response to maintenance requests/issues, being kept informed with updates if the issue is ongoing, the way the maintenance personnel completes repairs thoroughly and the kind, courteous and qualified maintenance personnel on staff.
(December 5, 2019, 3:07 pm)I loved staying at Pinebrook! I needed an apartment for a long-term contract and had to arrange everything remotely. They made the process very easy and smooth. The apartment was perfect for someone from Florida who arrived in Lincoln in December 2018. The garage and gas fire place were life savers for me!! Spacious apartment with new carpet and new washer and dryer. The staff was very friendly and professional. The maintenance team responded quickly to requests. I would stay there again!!
(November 20, 2019, 5:50 pm)I love living at Pinebrook! My family and friends think it is just perfect for me. It is pet friendly, which was number one on my list. I have a spacious apartment and a large attached garage. I was in Nevada when I rented my apartment. Laura and Amanda went over the top in helping me get my place. Maintenance is very good when needed, they show up the same day or the very next day.. Everyone on staff are wonderful. Pinebrook is close to a Post Office, lots of stores for shopping and many eateries. I hope to live at Pinebrook for a very long time!

The maintenance is on point, Weston has been extremely helpful in making sure our place is comfortable and warm, he is great at his job and communication!
