(July 30, 2021, 11:12 am)My wife arranged with Toni, to have a substitution for free pie to a pancake breakfast for our daughters birthday. We showed to around 7 am ,brought in our newly crowned 2 year old for her birthday breakfast. Yesenia was our server she was extremely accommodating to us! She was the lone server/cashier for the morning and did an amazing job. She even got the rest of the morning crew to come out and sing happy birthday! Thank you guys a ton! Awesome experience for our little family!
(July 12, 2021, 8:30 pm)Today we came to Shari’s, we had the best service we’ve had in a while. Our waiter Voss was very nice and cheerful. He made our visit at Shari’s very memorable, we have never had this type of service before. We really enjoyed it today.
(May 14, 2021, 12:13 am)The food is what you might expect at a family restaurant. The omelets are amazing :) My favorite thing about this place..... The staff! I've always gotten lucky with the service..... Or they're just that good. Customer service is key with me. We had a wonderful waitress on our that visit and she was new.

(September 23, 2019, 1:55 pm)The ladies working here were amazing and helpful. I didn't want a new card and they didn't push it on me, that's great with so many stores making their employees do so. They made sure I was helped at all times. I actually bought a pair of jeans and two new tops. This is what customer service looks like.
