Jiffy Lube

On memorial weekend me and my family are traveling through Lincoln when our serpentine belt went out. The manager at Jiffy Lube helped us with finding a new belt and a tensioning assembly and helped installed it. Me and my family were very grateful that he with the extra mile to help us.

Awesome service. I was nervous to get an oil change over my lunch hour, thinking I’d run out of time. They worked together as a team and were very coordinated. They seemed to follow all of their safety measures. Great customer service, kind and explained things well. They weren’t pushy and I was in and out in no time. Will definitely go back.

We had an issue with our Porsche Cayenne in the midst of a big road trip back to Texas. Casey was caring and helpful as he figured out the issue, even calling Porsche to get it right. They had a morning crowd behind us,but attended to everyone while showing kindness to the Texans. Didn’t even charge us.
Lincoln is lucky to have Casey at Jiffy Lube!
