I absolutely love nutrition and energy hub! I’ve made it a routine to go in every Wednesday for the premium shake and I’m always amazed by how good they taste. I also love it because the shakes are super nutritious! You get the best of both worlds with taste and nutrition:) If I don’t go for the premium shakes my go to is the peanut butter waffle (so good!)

I love and enjoy stopping in whenever I can. Shakes and teas are delicious. I’m not a tea drinker but I love these teas. Great environment and friendly service.

The Nutrition & Energy Hub has been like a second home to me. With fun, energetic and positive people it is hard to stay away from. It isn't just about the healthy shakes and energy teas, it's about the environment. The shakes do not taste like protein shakes whatsoever, it's like drinking a shake...like with REAL ice cream. The energy teas aren't what people think of when they think tea, they have lift-off in them and that is what gives you the energy that you need without the sugar...or the caffeine crash that you get from energy drinks. If you haven't been to The Hub, you've got to check it out.
