  Kevin and Matthew are the only people I will take my horns to in the area. They know me, they know my instruments, and their work is outstanding. I've also had multiple students buy instruments from them, new and vintage, with great success.

  I am very fortunate to own a bassoon and I am very particular about who I allow to work on it. Palmers is one of two shops in the entire state I trust with my bassoon. Repairs are made quickly with attention to detail and the highest level of care. They are knowledgeable craftsmen who take pride in their work. From student models to professional models I know that any instrument I send to Palmer's will return in top notch condition.

  Excellent repair on my daughter's Yamaha flute with great turn around and sincere efforts to educate about the flute and its maintenance. My daughter says it has never sounded so good. I will recommend others to Palmer's as they are knowledgable and do excellent work at what I deem an affordable price.
