Chem-Dry of Nebraska

Austin had came out to clean our carpets and a couch. He did an amazing job! I didn't think alot of the spots would come out but they did and our stinky couch is so clean and smells amazing now, same with the carpet!

Austin was a pleasure to work with, I had to reschedule once due to contractors, it was no problem. i have a 7 year old couch and an almost 4 and 5 y/o and low expectations, I thought if the couch could get half as dirty great, it looked immaculate!!! Not to mention the quote given to me was $60 more than we paid, he explained it was due to cushion type, but I had already agreed to quote. We were beyond impressed with price, quality timelinesses, they we’re actually early, and product. I highly recommend.

At the last minute, I was unable to be home for the schedule cleaning. I explain my situation expecting the employee to want to reschedule. I asked if he would go ahead and clean it and we'd get together over the phone and handle the charge. He said fine I'll get it cleaned and I did call him and he handled the payment. He was flexible, he was polite, and it appears by looking at the rug he was very good at the job. I will definitely use this company again.

We have used Chem Dry for years to clean the carpets in apartments that we own as well as our house. Austin does a great job each & every time. He is very professional and is a very nice person.
