Not only were they very courteous and professional but they really went out of their way to get me a vehicle and a very nice one at that! It's almost too good to be true. I waited to put out a review because I wanted to see how my vehicle held up and everything is running great. I was denied by everyone due to my credit score that was affected when I was young. When I gave up and thought there was no way I was going to get the car I wanted Bobby and John came through to save the day. When I gave up they didn't and that's why they've earned my business for life. They strive for excellence and they deliver! Thank you BMW of Lincoln. I'm very grateful for your services!
(March 31, 2020, 9:58 am)Great buying experience. Very friendly and courteous staff. Accommodated an out-of-state sale and sent me videos and pictures of specific details as requested. Also, they washed/detailed the car and topped off fuel tank before delivery which was a great touch.
(February 4, 2020, 3:49 pm)Very accommodating service. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership. This time of year it is difficult to leave the office during the week, so I asked if they could perform the needed services on my BMW on a Saturday. I spoke with Jessica and she took care of my requests. I arrived Saturday morning and Julia was the service adviser on duty. She checked my vehicle in quickly and allowed me to continue on my day. They completed the service in a timely manner and Julia updated me immediately when it was done so that I could get home. I would recommend their entire dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle like a BMW or Mercedes. I purchased my X5 at this dealership and I am sure I will be looking in the future at this dealership.
(June 14, 2017, 7:51 am)The showroom is gorgeous. The staff is friendly and relaxed. There is no pressure to take a look at their inventory. The cars are beautiful and there is a great selection to choose from.
