Was very happy with the service. Quick and easy with excellent staff!

I used Hertz on my recent trip to Nebraska to take in the Nebraska/Ohio State football game. Then, I extended my trip for another three days as I was provided an opportunity to hunt pheasant in Kimball, SD. Hertz was extremely easy to deal with and extending the time period with the same car was no problem at all. Turning in the car, dropping off my info and key was as convenient as could be by taking advantage of their drop box.
In no time, I was on my way home. I did not have to wait at all, on either end of the transaction. It was a totally positive experience.

We were on vacation, when our car developed a horrible tick. Not believing it would be wise to drive it 1500 miles home, we went looking for a viable , affordable option to getting home. We decided to rent a car, and the Hertz dealer was near where we were staying , so we went to the downtown dealer. Unfortunately, the manager Lisa didn't have any vehicles available to rent. She was wonderful and called the airport location to see if they had something for us. Thankfully, they did. WE drove there and received a great car and Tim was wonderful ! He got us in and out quickly and efficiently. We were able to get home safely and worry free. The help from the Hertz centers made the last leg of our journey a lot of fun !! Thank you so much for all the help you gave us in getting home.
