Highland View Apartments

Moving in has been wonderful, the apartment is clean and nice and the amenities are nice. The road set up is a bit odd. There are several dead end areas and difficult access to the 2 entrances/exits of the properties.
This is a pet friendly campus, which was a bonus to us as we wanted a cat. However there is the downside of other tenants not cleaning after their dogs. The staff has been very responsive in sending maintenance to clean the walkways/entrance areas of droppings.
The refurbished apartments have a washer/dryer hookup, but the ones that have not been do not. There are coin operated laundry at each end of each floor of our building (and I believe all buildings).
Allo service is "ready" at each apartment, meaning the router is left in each apartment when the previous tenant leaves. If you intend to use Allo, this makes the set up of a new account very quick and easy. I had ours up and running with a single phone call in less than 20 minutes.
The staff is very kind and helpful. We've had several interactions with them from when we first started the research process to moving in.

Overall we are very happy with our choice to move into these apartments.

I am enjoying my new ceiling fan and it looks great in my apartment. The one drawback is that the carpet was covered in ceiling debris from the installation. Clean up should be part of the installation process so I am not having to clean up after their work.

We absolutely love living in Highland View Apts. From friendly, knowledgeable and efficient office staff to quick, efficient and reliable maintenance staff... well kept grounds and spacious apartments that are quiet... there's so much you can put your mind at ease with in living here. We are glad we made the choice to live here when we moved. After a year, we can say it's definitely well worth it. If you're moving and reading reviews, trust me, this is the place to be! We even take our cats for walks! (They love it here too)
