“I should have written this review some time ago. My aunt passed away about 3 1/2 years ago, but she was a resident there for about 5 years after having a car accident. We toured about 5 facilities in Lincoln before choosing Legacy. We NEVER regretted our decision! Not only do they have lovely facilities, but their most AMAZING attribute is their staff! We loved them all! They were always out in the halls talking to the residents and I think they knew everyone’s name. She had to eventually move to the assisted living section where she received the same amazing care. She peacefully passed away there. We will be forever grateful for the staff and the unbelievable care she got there. I live in Omaha and currently have my mother in law in an assisted living facility. It looks lovely, but the staff is really lacking. Didn’t realize what we had at Legacy until we experienced something else.”

“I was recently admitted to the hospital with multiple issues with my right lung, which had stemmed from an accident I had a few years earlier, and some other more recent issues. From x-rays and CT scans, I was told that there were multiple issues with my right lung, including being partially collapsed, and there was a lot of uncertainty over exactly what was wrong and how bad the lung was. I was also told it may take two or more surgeries to resolve all the issues in my lung. I was told that Rick would be performing the first surgery, and everyone was telling me how good he was. Rick stopped by to see me the day before the surgery, and gave me the strait talk about what he would be doing in the surgery. The surgery was a huge success, and I was told that Rick was able to take care of all the issues in my lung, so that I would not need to have any more surgeries to resolve remaining issues. There were some post-surgery procedures, but they were non-surgical in nature, and did not last long at all. I started feeling 100% better days after the surgery, and was able to breathe deep without pain, and felt like my lung capacity greatly increased. I’m looking forward to living a normal prolonged life, now that my lung condition is getting back to normal, and living a full life without issues with my lung. I would recommend Rick for any type of surgery for lungs, heart or anything in the thoracic area.”

The ladies at the front desk, Dr. Stetson, Alex, McKenzie, and April are extremely friendly and very accommodating!!! April went over the cost, etc. with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to make the cost of my dental procedure an amount that is comfortable for me!!! “Ive never had a bad experience. Everyone has been wonderful. I've had to have a wound vac replaced several times a week and each time they have been caring and gentle. Terri, Sydney, and Erica are really professional and extremely caring. I'm always happy to see them. Talking to the main office has always been professional and helpful with any questions I've had even with a change in care.I won't need their help for too long-term I really appreciate the experience I've had. I'm grateful to have this wonderful company look after my care.”
