“We recently switched our policies over to Chuck and bottom line - he has been awesome! I just stopped in to visit with Chuck and review our policies and I was immediately met with a friendly welcome from April his assistant. I felt bad dragging my 3 year old into the office but Chuck was really excited that I brought him in and within 5 minutes he was at ease, coloring with April and talking about our family pets. I felt like I was his most favorite client! Chuck walked me through our deductibles and other plan details, pointing out ways to improve our plan which actually kept our monthly rate exactly the same. He didn't try to sell me anything and assured me he would take care of everything and if we ever needed anything there is a 24 hour phone line that the office responds to. By the time I left I felt great about our plans and had to drag my 3 year old out of there. Thanks again Chuck for all of your help!!!”

It has being a while after my last check up. So I was naturally a little nervous. The service was magnificent from beginning to the end. Starting with the first call to make an appointment to the last staff member who help me to choose my new glasses. The whole staff is friendly, very professional and patient. The place is very well organized, well thought and super clean. The overall vision test is very modern and the variety of test is mind blowing. The staff and Doctor take the time to make and answer questions, to explain and make you comfortable with every test and afterwards the doctor explain to you the results thoroughly. The variety off eyeglasses is good and affordable. I left feeling well taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough. Excellent job guys! 10/10”

“Personal stay, this is my go to spot when I come back to Lincoln. I started staying there in 2017 but over time it has become worn. For example, my room carpet had a nice chunk of carpet missing, the leg to the desk in the bedroom was broken, and the bath tub had a ring around it dark as midnight. The pool area is still decent and hot hospitality breakfast was still amazing. Being a gold IHG member has its perks.”
