Came out and did a complete review of services needed and returned to do a great job. Very impressed with how well they handled everything.
This business is great. When I called Southwick Liquid Waste, Jaime was genuine and informative. Besides stating my issue, an unusually high lagoon level, has been shared by a few others this year, (due to all the snow and large amount of rain this spring), she reminded me to check the plumbing fixtures to make sure I didn't have leaks somewhere that could also be causing the lagoon to fill up. I felt this was 'over and above' the norm and I appreciated the concern. When Southwick came out to pump off a load of excess liquid, the employee, Bill, was also an engaging and personable representative of this company. This business is great and a pleasure to do business with!
Had an exceptional experience with Southwick Liquid Waste. They replaced our tank and installed the new one properly. The prior issue we had was due to an incorrect tank installation in 2007 by another septic company. Southwick was prompt and installed the tank and cleaned up all the dirt work afterwards! System works extremely well now.
We highly recommend Southwick Liquid Waste. My wife and I lived in town for 21 years before deciding to move to the country. We always had a water softener, but no experience with how that might affect a septic system. We had water standing on top of the ground in the lateral field and thought our system had failed. Jason asked how often our water softener was cycling/discharging and suggested we adjust it before doing anything else. We changed the cycle, still had soft water and the excess water problem went away. We were prepared to put in a new system - Jason's advice saved us thousands of dollars!
Great, friendly service! Dependable and prompt. I liked that I was able to discuss current issues with our system and new systems (since I know nothing and ask a lot of questions). It's helpful to not have to call multiple places since they can't do both. Thanks for everything!
