Terry is a great person and his work is excellent
Awesome service. Found this shop after getting off of I80 after finding a cover on the underside of the Mrs's Escape had broken loose and was dragging on the pavement. Terry (?) dropped what he was doing to check out the problem, fixed it in less than 20 minutes so we could get back on the road for Chicago for a funeral for a family member. Would definitely go back if I lived in the area. THANKS again!
I have never dealt with Terry's Body Shop personally until recently. I've heard of them before and heard good things. I'm an Insurance Agent in Lincoln, NE. We had a client that had an accident small enough to not warrant turning in a claim, but high enough that it was a financial strain on him. Terry not only worked with him to lower the cost, but also personally went and picked up our clients vehicle from him so he didn't have to worry about getting a ride as our client is an elderly gentleman. In speaking with another body shop that we regularly refer clients too, he said that what Terry did was cut the price down so much that Terry will only recoup the cost of any parts. That's it. In my book, that's pretty amazing!
