Joe literally saved my sons life tonight! Baby accidentally got locked in the car, it’s Xmas eve, 9 degrees out, Joe got there within 10 minutes and had the door open in 5! Also could have charged me a ton for it being after hours and a holiday but he did not! I cannot thank him enough!! Forever grateful!

I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for 8:30 this morning and realized my keys were locked in the vehicle. I called around to places near me since it was already 7:00 a.m. and nobody would come help . Because it was a Hummer, I guess they're difficult vehicles to unlock you have to have a special tool. Jimmy Jackson with National Lock and key was to my house within 30 minutes and had it open within five minutes which allowed me to get kids to school and make my doctor's appointment !

Got locked out of our van after losing keys while sledding near Denton and SW 40th St. Kind of out there, but Joe, the locksmith, was there in 10 minute (Sunday afternoon). Got it unlocked and was a reasonable price for the weekend. However, once we started up vehicles, both of us got stuck in the snow packed parking lot. He aided us in getting out before he got himself unstuck. Very nice guy and top props to the company and their employees! Thanks so much National Lock and Safe!
