“The rooms and hotel are a bit dated, but for the price point this is a pretty solid hotel. I was able to book a last minute room easily and reception is extremely friendly. In fact, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is pretty good (you have the option of hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffles, all types of juice, toast, bagels, and some fruit). The room is very clean for what it is and it’s a 3 min drive from the airport. If you’re in a crunch and on a budget, I definitely recommend this place.”

If there is a way to track who helped with my transaction, I would love for her to get done kind of recognition for her service and kindness in my time off need. I worked in front line customer service for years and I do not think I've been treated better over the phone.
