“Moved from out of state and shortly after my permanent retainer broke. They got me in quickly and installed a great permanent retainer. Almost a year later and my other retainer broke (they didn't install this one) right before I was flying out for a major trip. They got me in and were so speedy Both retainers have now been replaced by them. I've had a permanent retainer since middle school and I'm let's just say I'm old. I've had my retainers replaced almost 5 times. Both of these retainers are installed well with just enough cement to ensure a good adhesion but not too much that it would be hard to floss. Their operation runs so smoothly and everyone is kind and friendly. You can also tell the employees enjoy working there. I have sensitive teeth and can't stand the sound of the drill. They were so patient with me and gave me lots of breaks. They also were very clear about the steps of their procedure and costs.”
