“Editing my review on Saturday, March 27th 2021: Going through the recent one star reviews on here, I decided to give an update on my review as I just renewed my lease yesterday. I also noticed several of the reviews were left out of anger / confusion. So this will clear some of this up. I, personally, have not one had any communication issues with management. Whenever I call, they always have an answer for me. Whenever I send an email, I am promptly responded to. Everyone I've talked to has always been very polite and professional. Whenever we have a maintenance request, they are almost always out that same day or the following morning. The crew have always been so nice, informative, efficient, and respectful towards our things (and cats.) Recently there has been a huge issue with people not picking up after their dogs. Fairways came up with a plan that they are aggressively implementing, and I am beyond appreciative. Our rent has never increased when we have renewed our lease. Last year they said it wouldn't go up if we renewed early, which we did, and they followed through with that. I'm expecting the same to happen this year. To everyone saying they rAnDoMlY closed the facilities - they did not. Several emails, posts to the community board and signs posted everywhere specifically stated that the pool, gym, club house, and tanning beds would be inaccessible due to COVID. Yes, the windows leak. It makes my electric bill higher than it should be, but I've had far worse issues living elsewhere. Yes, the communication and handling of the snow removal was far from efficient. However, they explained the people they work with to clean the parking lots work with several other businesses. If that's the case, then fine. It sucked, but we managed. The property is beautiful, my neighbors are kind. I did post my last review at their request. This one I made 100% on my own. ~~~~~~ Been here since June and have absolutely no complaints! Every now and then when I submit a maintenance request (not many by any means) they have always came out same day! Nichole responds quickly and thoroughly, and everyone I've interacted with at the desk is kind and informative. LOVE living on this beautiful property.”

“My Fiancee and I Lived at these apartments for a little over a year, and we LOVED it! It is in a nice cute secluded area of Lincoln with a very pretty view. One of the only issues we've come across was parking for guests, but when it came to people bringing up the issue they were responsive and ended up adding more! Other than that permit parking for residents was a nice addition. I always felt safe and comfortable living in this cute and modern apartments! Management always listened and cared about their residents and it was a nice change! The Property manager Taylor was always so sweet and prompt. She made our stay here enjoyable and easy. If you're looking for a place to call home Timberline should be your first choice!”

“I have really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. Interior: I’m in a 1 bed 1.5 loft and love the amount of space I have for the price. The walls are a little bit thin, but I think they’re on-par with most apartments. The water heater is on the smaller end, which means you can’t run the dishwasher and shower at the same time. The appliances are old fashioned. I’m particularly annoyed by the coil-stove and the ancient dishwasher. The smoke detector is placed right outside the kitchen and is extremely sensitive. The decks are spacious and I have a wonderful tree in front of mine that provides shade and privacy. Shared space: The halls are kept pretty clean and I’ve never had issues with trash or random junk lying around. There are laundry facilities on each end of the hall on both floors which I really like. They’re a little dated and need cleaned. The gym is tiny. There’s only enough room for a couple people to work out at once. The clubhouse is really just an office. It would have been nice to have a place to rent out for parties and gatherings. Community: There were a couple civil disturbances (couples or friends or partners yelling at each other in the middle of the night) but this was not overly common. Maybe 3 instances in 1 year. Exterior: The grounds are really nice. I especially like the fire pit and grills. No need to bring coal or your own propane tanks- it’s all powered by a gas line. Pet owners are pretty responsible and pick up after themselves. I’ve never had issues with an unfriendly or rowdy animal, either. There have apparently been some car break-ins but I haven’t experienced that so far. Service/ management: The office staff is polite and professional. They’re responsive and helpful. They do not check their mail promptly. I advise you do not pay rent with a banks bill-pay service. It’s taken over 2 weeks to process my checks before and has even resulted in getting a late-rent notice. The grounds and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and prompt. I’ve had to request maintenance twice and both times I received same day service and the issue was completely resolved. Overall, I’m really happy with this apartment complex. I like the location, the space, the price, and the people. It’s not perfect, but this place is a great home. Update- After moving out I was treated fairly and they gave back most of my deposit in a timely manner. I still highly recommend this complex.”
