“I loved living here at Lexington Ridge. I would stay if I didn't have to move to another town. I have lived at Lexington for around three years as a college student. The complex is phenomenal. The staff members are wonderful and easy to work with. Throughout my time here there were a few minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed the same day! Shannon, the property manager, is very kind and super helpful! I had a roommate leave mid-lease due to other opportunities and Shannon was so willing to help solve the problem. She absolutely goes above and beyond for the residents. The apartments are very well-kept and are in good shape. It definitely is a family-friendly place. Lots of parking availability too. The complex is a short distance from Hy-Vee and Walmart and super close to SCC. Highly suggest living here!”

Their mission to promote the use of native plants is very important for our future, and I feel very grateful that I have the option to shop this local nursery so close to home. Below are a few of my plants I have purchased from there. These were taken 1 year from planting last summer. You never would have known that the previous season they started as little 1 inch plugs. These plants kept the birds fed over the winter and have been a frequented haven for thousands of pollinators this spring and summer. The work done by the team was exemplary. They were very tidy and professional. We could not have asked for a better experience. (Although it truly is a guessing game by nature) One thing I would like to see is a list of things that could contain a specific allergen(s), other names for the allergen, and list of 'safe' foods to consume. I felt that the internet provided more answers in this regard. Hopefully when she is done revising this list, it is helpful for breastfeeding moms!”

“Usually very clean and well kept. Bathrooms very clean as well. Pizza is usually good, and 2 litre soda deals are great. Very consistent staff (i.e. not a high turn over rate). Only down side is they do not sell ANY alcohol, but this is a college neighborhood so I can understand why they don't.”
