Local!
So glad we can get groceries in town!
I absolutely love all employees. I had been very sick and they always helped me. I can't praise enough
I grew up in Syracuse as a kid and now that I'm back living in the area I'm glad that grocery stores like Terry's still are around for the smaller towns.
I've worked for years in the grocery industry and I know how hard it is to compete with the bigger grocery stores in the cities such as Omaha and Lincoln. On my recent visit I was greeted and was asked several times if I needed any help finding what I needed. Having been a grocery man most of my adult life I didn't need help, but it's nice to be greeted and asked if I needed help.
I ask that if you are in the Syracuse area to please stop by and shop in their store.
Due to the pandemic and the way people are shopping these days, ie... the internet and pickup services. They do have some shortened business hours. But overall I had a awesome experience and plan on shopping at Terry's now that I'm back living in the area.
The steaks I purchased were way better than any grocery chain store. Has some unique products/brands- again $$$ but worth it. Prices for most things on the high side, especially produce which is hit and miss as far as quality. Has quite a few ?teenagers who work there and take your groceries to the car. Also nice to have a choice, paper or plastic? Seems to support local vendors/farmers.
