(January 20, 2024, 11:43 pm)These guys came to my rescue when noone else would even take the call. My semi broke down during a snow storm which left 2 feet of snow and 3 days of closed roads in its wake. Rusty came and got my truck and had it all hooked up, in single digit temperatures, and ready to roll down the road in no time at all. He was very professional and polite. He got the truck to the shop and had my trailer dropped before I even got done checking into the shop. If you need a tow, these are the guys you call.
(January 17, 2024, 4:27 pm)I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I had too. After waiting in a blizzard for 4 days; I called Behlen Towing. I spoke with the owners wife and she was very professional and took time to explain everything that’s was going on due to the storm and they was backed up with 30-40 semis to be towed. She took time to take my information and insured me that they would be out to get me and to just be patient with them. To my surprise they arrived before I knew it and my drivers name was Rusty. There wasn’t nothing Rusty about him. He was very professional and polite and got right to it in single digit temps. Rusty didn’t stop there; after explaining how he was going to connect the truck and wedge it out; he went above and beyond and spoke with the dealer on getting me assigned to a bay door right away. Thanks to Rusty and the Behlen Towing Team I will be back on the road in no time. You all are the Best.

(February 11, 2023, 2:22 pm)More than met my expectations. Called them about my vehicle that was parked along highway. They had a truck and driver out on a tow and when done with that; picked up my pickup and had it to my house in around an hour. Great guys to do business with. ⬆️
