(July 1, 2020, 8:09 am)Im only giving 4 stars because there was only 3 pillows on our king sized bed that weren't in the best shape and the bedding had some holes in it. This is a very nice hotel and I loved my room. One suggestion: if you're going to give out frozen breakfast Burritos in the grab and go bag please include a napkin to wrap them in for the microwave.
(May 30, 2020, 11:44 am)The staff was amazingly helpful when I was needing assistance in cancelling a reservation through a third party that refused to refund me after charging me too much. When we arrived they were even more friendly and accommodating, and the location is just beautiful and extremely well-kept.
(May 22, 2020, 10:33 am)My favorite hotel in the Omaha area. The breakfast buffet alone is worth staying for, and the manager's happy hour in the evening is a perfect time to unwind from the day. Rooms are clean and neat, and the grounds are well kept.

The hotel was a bit dated in its aesthetic and the amenities are not in top quality comparing to newer Embassy Suites. The environment, however, was very well kept. Moreover, the staff was great: highly efficient and friendly. The open court was a nice space to work.
