Alpine Village

I have lived in several Omaha apartment complexes since I moved out on my own. I have to say Alpine has felt the most welcoming and homely. While my apartment is cozy and very nice, that’s not what makes this place home. My neighbors are genuinely friendly and neighborly. You feel welcome and everyone watches over each other. Brooklyn has been amazing, and that’s to say the least. I am not a fan of how the Richdale corporate office handled a situation I had a while ago, however I always felt like my neighbors had my back and Brooklyn was doing everything she could to resolve the issue. She has always been responsive, and maintenance is usually responsive, quick to fix ANY problem, and friendly! It’s in a safe part of town, and have always felt safe here especially with the community around me. I’ve never left a review for somewhere I lived before Alpine, but just wanted to put this out here.

I just moved here from California in January and the apartments and staff are wonderful. Ari the leasing agent is very nice and helpful. Brooklyn, the manager is truly amazing. Her follow through is great. You don't have to tell her something twice. Her customer service skills are amazing as well. I have a property management background, so I know what makes a great staff. The maintenance staff: Steve and Jose are very knowledgeable and fix things that same day or the next day. Now, to the apartments themselves. They are very spacious and come with ginormous patios/balconies. I have never seen balconies this large in California. Overall, very pleased with everything.

Except for the cig smoke (smoking is allowed indoors), I’ve loved this community. The manager Brooklyn is amazing and very helpful, and the maintenance team are very responsive and respectful while in my apartment. If only Alpine was a stand alone community and not apart of Richdale! I think it could be even better if so.
