(October 3, 2020, 12:43 pm)I will add or edit to this review after services are complete. I brought my car here Friday morning I was told they were very busy and would probably be all day. They have a shuttle service to bring me home so that was fine.
I received a call just before they closed saying they haven’t had time to look at the car yet and it would be Monday.
I believe her name was Ashley (I hope) went to my car, got my baby’s car seat out, and drove it all the way to me! That level of customer service is so unheard of and being a single mom with no family in town this was so appreciated! Thank you!

(September 2, 2020, 4:02 pm)Being new to the Phoenix area about a year ago, it was hard to know where to look for a trusted mechanic. Well, the Google reviews didn't lie! I would rate this shop higher if I could. Super friendly, great prices, great work, and great communication. The shuttle service is a great perk as well. I've been taking my FJ Cruiser there for almost a year now and won't go anywhere else as long as I live here. Thank you guys and girls of Action Auto!
(August 19, 2020, 4:51 am)After going to another shop to get a "look over" of my vehicle and hit with an absurd fix that was drastically needed and with a price over 1500$ dollars for 2 back wheels needing new everything from tires to rotors and brakes and more, I decided to get a second opinion and a professional inspection of my vehicle.
After dropping off my vehicle and meeting both the front end and mechanic who would look after my vehicle I was relieved at the courtesy and professionalism.
A quick shuttle home and before I knew it they were already calling me about the situation with my vehicle.
A simple repair and a hassle free experience.
Simple. Easy. affordable.
During the call they would tell me how they found the problem. Multiple test drives to make sure all was fixed correctly and before I knew it I was on my way home saving over 900$ and better yet, having a mechanic I could trust to take care of me.
Thank you Joe and Jesse for taking care of me and I look forward to coming again if I ever need a repair for my vehicle.
(August 7, 2020, 10:35 pm)My 2012 Ram had a check engine light on. I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning and they had my truck back on the road Friday afternoon! Joe explained everything that was needed and they even have me a ride back to my house! Fantastic customer service, did not up-sell me on anything. This is the best vehicle repair shop in North Phoenix! Action Auto is the best place to get a vehicle repaired! Thank you so much! My truck runs like new!
(July 15, 2020, 9:56 am)This McDonald's really blew my expectations lets be honest we don't expect the world we just want something quick when going here...however this McDonald's is lightning fast with the service and the employees are very friendly and kind. A very pleasant surprise
