Absolutely great personal customer service. The technicians clearly care about doing things correctly the first time. Had one minor mix up with some stored tires, but it was resolved very quickly and was no problem at all. My heroes! We were traveling west in an RV and for some reason, our back lights went out. Nobody else would help us. I was ready to go back home and miss a trip we had planned for 6 months. These wonderful people found the problem and fixed it within a half an hour. I cannot say enough good things about them!!
As we were traveling on I80 we experienced light issues on our motorhome. It's a Class C Mercedes sprinter. We went to the Mercedes Benz dealership in Council Bluffs and was told it would be a month before they could look at. They recommended contacting Star Class Motors which we did. After explaining our problem they said to bring it by and they would take a look at it. They was able to locate a blown fuse and replaced it. Problem solved! They were very quick and kind. We are very grateful they resolved our problem and was able to allow us to continue our trip to Utah.
