Titan Springs

Lived there for about 5 years when they finished construction. Only issues were the occasional food delivery driver getting the wrong entrance/bldg and late-night weekday parking being full around Bldg A. Leasing was pretty straightforward with about 3% increase in rent at renewal, garage was nice as well. Management and Maintenance were awesome, they are used to military members and their situations (TDYs, Deployments, etc.), I was able to cut my lease early due to orders as well. About 10-15min drive from Offutt, sometimes quicker if no traffic. Great internet service offer from Allo. Pretty nice clubhouse with gym and pool. Never had any noisy neighbors; the 4th of July firework
shows presented by the neighbors were also spectacular, my cat loved them.

I love living here. The leasing manager is always super friendly and answers my texts/emails really quickly. My apartment is well built and modern, and worth every penny. The grounds and communal hallway spaces are clean and inviting.

I love living at Titan Springs. It’s peaceful, beautiful, safe and well designed. The floor plan, appliances and amenities are top notch and nicer than any other apartment I’ve leased.
The management and staff are extremely kind, helpful and seem genuinely interested in making this a great place to live. I highly recommend!👍🏼
