Our experience at Vestara 72 has been fantastic! Our community manager Lynsee goes above and beyond to take care of us and is very prompt on replying with questions. Derek, the Leasing Professional is always happy to help, friendly to chat with, and tries really hard to bring the residents together with fun events! We love the location because Vestara is right next to Shadow Lake, and Capehart road gives my husband a quick and easy commute to Offutt! If we weren’t moving out of state, we would be spending many happy years at Vestara!

Lynsee and staff genuinely care about making their residents feel comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion with excellent communication at every step. Lynsee made the move-in process smooth and simple, and she never fails to answer questions and concerns promptly. For example, during a recent blizzard, the complex’s snow removal contractor fell through (it’s life, it happens) and when I expressed concern about not being able to get out of my driveway and get to work, she reassured me it would get cleared. And indeed it did get cleared. The maintenance folks were out with shovels in sub zero temperatures making sure we could get around.

The apartment itself has an airy open feel. I rarely hear any “people noise”. The fitness center has quality equipment and the clubhouse is sparkly clean. This is a property that is managed by people who obviously care about their residents and facilities.

It's brand new, it's not perfect yet with construction in the area. But it will be!! Lynsee in the office makes sure everything you need is perfect and takes care of any possible issues you may have ASAP! She is very detail-oriented and professional to us tenants. The amenities are great, everything is so clean and new. There are so many amenities I haven't even taken full advantage of them all. The fitness center is equipped with more than enough for a great workout. The clubhouse has many features to sit, relax, or even play a game of pool. Summer is around the corner and looking forward to the brand-new pool! Shadow Lake Shopping Center is within walking distance. Thank You, Lynsee and Vestara 72 for a great living experience. So excited for the warmer days that are upon us!

You can’t beat the location of this place-minutes away from the interstate and Shadow Lake Shopping Center. The office staff is also friendly and takes great care of the property which makes everything more appealing.
