Very nice on the phone, very nice in person, the store was great we needed some pvc parts and was ok with cutting to length only problem i could see is that maybe if you have a cat allergy they do have a store/ shop cat but is very friendly so that is a plus if we are working in the area again ill try this place first before thinking about going all the way to home depot

I love Ms. Carroll!!!! I needed a specific part to fix my A/C and Ace in Pilot Point was the only store around me that had it in stock. Although she wasn't an expert, I told her the specs I needed and she pulled the part and had it waiting for me at the counter. Everyone in the store treated me with so much courtesy and respect. I'm from a small town in TX and this gave me all the nostalgic chills. I left the store in such a good mood, I wanted to call my mom! I'm looking forward to the next DIY fix or project.
