The sweet lady greeted us and we enjoyed talking to her throughout our lunch! I was impressed my the cleanly of this Asian restaurant, as this isn’t always evident. The place is nicely decorated! “I just moved into Pleasant Run in May ‘21, and very excited to make this my home for a while anyway. I like knowing that I’m the first resident of my home since this is a brand new facility. I chose the 3rd floor end unit to eliminate noise above and at least one side. I also like having better privacy from my balcony. My first impressions are positive of my apartment - everything is new, so things haven’t been used before. The grounds around the complex are a work in progress and will need attention, but given the pandemic, is understandable that they aren’t where they should be yet. It would be nice to have a small pond with fountain and a walking paved path around it with sitting benches. This would look nice in the large ground area sitting in front of the complex where just an open field currently sits. The facility offers activities to become more social with your neighbors if you choose. Each floor has something to offer. The first has the “club house” for social activities with a nice back patio and gas grill. The second floor has a fitness room and the third floor has a coffee shop. What drew me to Pleasant Run are the following: 1) 55+ age limit (Nothing against children at all, but like the quiet). 2) All utilities are included with rent which is very convenient. Only the WiFi is paid extra. 3) The complex is new. 4) It’s close to all your shopping needs. So, if Pleasant Run continues to offer the all inclusive utilities, amenities and keep the price in my budget, I can see myself living here for an extended time.”

“If you get Google directions trust them. This place is a must stop to see 2 lesser known but awesome motorcycle companies. Beta and SMW. It's a small little place inside a heating and air business. Kirt is the guy you want to talk to. He doesn't have a bunch of bikes but what he has is amazing and worth a look. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his product and these bikes are very well priced for what they are. Oh and I'm sure if you live in the Omaha area he can help with your heat and a/c too.”

“Our son has been at MCA since he was 2 1/2, he is now 5. We have had a great experience here! The staff is very friendly and takes great care of our little guy! The preschool program is wonderful, the kids get to rotate through different rooms that each focus on a different subject to help keep them learning and engaged. Everything is always clean and they are good about keeping us informed of any illnesses in our son’s class. Each week they have a theme to learn about and they do so many awesome art projects with the kids! We have no doubt our son is in excellent hands while we are working!”
