I recently landed in Seward (SWT) for several days of business in Lincoln. I was met by Greg and Terri Whisler upon landing where they told me that they would take of my airplane and ensure that it was hangared if weather turned bad. This was an understatement--they stored my airplane (Maule) in a T-hangar during my entire visit, provided advice on a mechanical issue and loaned me a battery charger. I also had to spend a morning in their pilot's lounge waiting for VFR weather to fly back to Montana. Their lounge was awesome and provided a comfortable place to work during the wait. I also must mention that their fuel prices were lower than most other airports in the area (particularly LNK). I will keep SWT on my list of stops on my next cross country!
