my appointment went very smoothly, and all my questions were answered. they give you a call when your contacts and glasses are ready to picked up. the wait time is not long at all, and everything gets done quickly! highly recommend!

Dr. Palmer is very knowledgeable and takes time with you and can explain the science behind what he sees. We have also called him after hours and on a weekend and he has always responded immediately and resolved our situation. One can tell that Dr. Palmer loves what he does and cares about his patients. This office has integrity and provides excellent care.

I have taught future health care professionals at several universities for three decades so I know a good one when I see one: Disregard negative comments on-line: Dr. Palmer is thorough, conservative when there is no need for additional tests, and appropriately cautious when further advanced diagnostics is needed. His staff is always helpful and courteous. In the many years I have come to his office, only once did I have a problem when the bridge of a German-made frame did not hold (of course not the office's fault); but they kept sending it back until the factory got it right at no extra cost to me.

Ignore the low ratings...those people are the competition. Great care and service. Very patient with me ...I should know, I can be very tiring for healthcare people! I would recommend without hesitation. Doctor is up on and uses latest tech that caught diagnosis mistakes of my last 3 exams! I'm moving out of state, but I will be coming back to this guy and my other Omaha care providers every 6-12 months. He passes my very high standards.
