Very informative but wow the price of phones. I ended up going with a cheaper option for my replacement. But had a very good experience with the person working there.

I needed help that I did not get from the maple store Omaha. Lucia was terrible. I asked if she could send all my stuff to new phone, she said no. I said I don't think I was capable of doing it myself. Her reply was you can read can't you. No help and left never to return. Now I went to Blair, and what a difference. Patience, helpful, explained everything. Give her a raise.
Cynthia was super knowledgeable and spent all the time I needed, even though there was another customer waiting.
I only make the suggestion below not to criticize Cynthia; but so Verizon will improve their policies, protection and equipment for the benefit of their employees and customers!
(I would like to see improvement regarding masks. Her mask did not adequately cover her nose, it kept slipping down and she had to repeatedly pull it back up. Her mask also looked old and worn out.)
Cynthia was welcoming, very knowledgeable, and showed interest in providing me with the best phone to meet my needs. She stuck with me throughout the entire process, allowing plenty of time for answering all of my questions. She was very helpful, and I plan to visit the Blair Verizon store again should further questions or concerns arise.
