“I wish I could give these guys a hundred stars!!! I can't stress enough about the AMAZING experience that we had at Sid Dillon. Although we were referred to by my husband and his family, (so we knew a salesman there before coming up to look, as Sid Dillon has been taking care of the Rayburns for several vehicle purchases thru the years) it was still the best car buying experience ever! I was very skeptic of getting financing options for my purchase because of a horrible experience last year at H & H Chevrolet in Omaha. But Lance Simnit was very compassionate and very understanding and assured me that they would only do as I requested with my credit app. After trying to buy an Acadia Denali and being told we couldn't get the financing on that particular vehicle, I asked Lance if there was an option on the other vehicle that peeked our interest. His response was that they had not tried due to my concerns of how many inquiries would be on my credit. I told him to go ahead and he called me back within a half hour and told me to come get my new car! Dave in finance was very helpful explaining all the documents and why I was signing them and what the licensing process would be for an out of state purchase. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour!! Lance took the time to sit with me through my OnStar sign up and had already enrolled me prior to my arrival for the free trial diagnostics report on my vehicle. The pricing was AMAZING, the sales process was AMAZING and the financing was AMAZING!! If you're in the market for a vehicle, I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to see Lance at Sid Dillon in Blair, tell him we sent you and he will definitely take care of you! They even offered to deliver my car to me after I signed my paperwork if I hadn't had someone to come with me to pick it up!”

“This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without touching it and believe me it was not easy to convince myself it was the right thing to do. I've always heard about the honesty and integrity of Woodhouse so I convinced myself to try it just this one time because they presented me a fantastic deal on a used vehicle with features I insisted I had to have. I made multiple calls to the salesman with questions and needs for reassurance and finally a deal was completed. I also received a financing package that fit the budget with a much better financing rate than my local bank. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is one small detail about a feature that didn't function, however, I was told "everything" worked on the vehicle by the salesman. I was also sold a Ford extended service plan that I was told "covered everything" by this salesman then come to find out it does not cover the feature that is not working so that upset me a bit. A couple communication attempts via text and email to resolve went unanswered as well. I have since made contact with a member of upper management and regarding my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication after the sale and the integrity of this particular salesman's word to which I was assured it would be addressed. I'm also in the process of getting the feature repaired with an offer of cost share by Woodhouse. For the first time online purchase of a vehicle it really was not that bad, will I do it again? Perhaps, all of the issues encountered to create a 4/5 star rating could also have happened with an in person deal as well so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yea,,,,,,,,,,,I'll give it another try when I'm ready. It really was a good buy, great financing and I love the vehicle!!!”
