Michael was great to work with. General Sales Manager Ashley said he would do what he could to help make a deal happen. Jesse in Financing worked with us to find financing. Great people and strongly recommended any of the Woodhouse locations.

The service department was great. It was very helpful to be able to have the use of a loaner. My only suggestion would be that their detail department should have gone through the loaner before giving it to me to use. The inside needed a good cleaning. The windshield on the inside especially. Not complaining just pointing out a concern.

Having to talked to Ron Moore, we met with him at the dealership at the scheduled time. We were presented with various options. We choose a purchase with a trade-in. The finance department found us a good lender with a reasonable interest rate. We purchased the vehicle of our choice. After finishing required paperwork, we drove our new vehicle home the same day. This experience took a little over two hours.

100% would recommend to EVERYONE. My husbands dads bought his truck from here a few months ago and they had amazing service then. We bought a car from a different dealership in CB IA 2 months ago and it’s been having overheating issues, wood house were the only ones able to get us in immediately. Everywhere else had a three week wait. They got our car in the shop the same day and had our problem solved by the next day. They did everything to fit and meet our accommodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. After three weeks of having the problem and being so stressed I am just beyond thankful and appreciative. Will return my service to them for future services.
