Within 2 minutes of meeting this young lady, she engaged with me as if I knew her my whole life. She was personal, friendly and treated my family as if it were her own. I've grown accustomed to banks where people rarely smiled, seemed to dislike their profession, or rarely looked you in the eye. Here, all those feelings of just being a number melted away. As for me, my banking will always be done with Pinnacle and I recommend if you go there, all employees have been nothing short of stellar, but ask for Hillary and prepare to be amazed!”
