“We had a truck driver break down in Lincoln and all he had was a debit card. Avis was one of the only places that would take it for payment. When our driver went to pick up his car, it was too small for the larger man. Matt put him in a much more comfortable car with no issue. We had to stretch the rental time out several times, due to the truck not being finished at the shop. Every time I called, the office staff were helpful and quick. They did not make a big deal of us needing the car longer. We had a great experience!”
