“Love this place. Very busy. Employees seem more committed and empowered than at H Mart out East, with an equal if more crowded variety of products. Cell pictures go a long way to track things down. Good sense of humor.. When it's busy it reminds me of my travels (however limited) in Tanzania where the culture is very eclectic and service matter-of-fact, but people are very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely an enriching place for the local bi/tri...cultural community.”

Unlike many other stores that I've been in they are not cleaning the counters after each customer has finished their transactions. Overall my experience with customer service and my return everything went smoothly. The customer service rep was very attentive to the reasoning of my return and engaged in conversation.”

“I love this store! Especially the way they have handled their business during covid! They seem to take care of their employees and make sure they stay safe by enforcing the masks for everyone in store. I love that they are open til midnight for those who aren't able to go during the day or even evening. I also enjoy that they don't require you to go down an isle a certain way! Everyone there seems to know how to keep their distance when shopping, making it a breezy and easy experience! You also don't have to wait in line long because there are usually plenty of available registers and quick and friendly cashier's!”
