I recently retired as a Realtor in the Carson City area. I often recommended that clients repair or replace their roofs before listing for sale, and I had experience with several other roofers in the area. With a few exceptions, their work and prices were OK.
After Coyne Roofing was recommended to me, one of my clients used them. I was impressed that they priced a 30 year roof to compete with other bids, but recommended a 40 year roof because it would withstand the high winds in our area. The price for the 40 year roof was not that much more than others had bid for 30 year roofs.
