Starbucks

When in the area delivering Raz-Air vents to my customers, I love to stop by Starbucks . They have great service and the food is amazing.

Stopped by about ten minutes before closing (9pm) to grab a coffee since most of the starbucks in Reno close at 7pm or 8pm. I tried to mobile order the drink ahead of time because I have a bit of anxiety about ordering at coffee shops right before closing. I used to work at Starbucks and know it's a bit annoying to have someone order a couple minutes before closing after most of the bar has been cleaned up. Anyways, the barista who took my order on the drive thru was so sweet and greeted me with a smile. Although I'm sure she didn't think much of it, it really made my night. I know working customer service jobs are exhausting but (as cliche as this sounds) a good attitude seriously makes all the difference.

My family and I decide to stop at Starbucks after the tree lighting festivities at the Capitol,so that we could warm up and make it a Special night.
The staff was nice and informative about the menu.
It was a Pleasant and Calming atmosphere
