The med. tech was clear and directive in a very nice fashion and let me know after asking a few required questions that Dr. Ruth Adams would be with me shortly. And she was. I have the greatest confidence in and appreciation of Dr. Adams. She was very thorough. We discussed my next 6 month appointment and out she went so other patients did not have to linger in the waiting room or in an exam room. Everyone at this clinic is very professional while also being welcoming, helpful and friendly from the young women I spoke with to make my appointment to the young woman who checked me out and let me know when I would receive a call to make my next appointment....boy do I appreciate get that phone call, so I do not have remember to schedule these all important appointments on time. “Dr. Song and his staff are awesome. This was my third back surgery two of them were done by a different Dr. When I had a question if his staff did not know the answer, they found the answer. What I loved about his office was they never tried to rush me in and out like some other Dr's. office. They took their time to make sure that i understood everything that was going on. I have been in back pain for over 31 years and walked with a cane for close to 15 years. I have taken all kinds of medication for my pain. I had my surgery on 9-11-19 and was out of the hospital on 9-13-19. After surgery it was weird to have no back pain. I was walking around the hospital like a new man. One and one half months later I"m off all of my meds, no back pain and this one I love no Med's. It still feels weird not to walk with my cane or take drugs everyday. Thank you so much DR.
