Jorge went above and beyond to help me upgrade phones and understand the terms. He was so patient and made sure everything was transferred properly and I was comfortable with the new phones.

I visited the Northbrook Illinois store on Skokie Blvd. twice in the last couple of weeks to help a retired Catholic nun friend get her new Apple iPhone working. On the first visit, Garrett and I believe Ameen were fantastic in getting her new phone working in spite of the fact that we did not have her old phone from which to transfer the information. After the old phone was found, I went back and was helped once again by I believe
Alex who was also excellent at transferring the contacts and pictures from the old phone. I can highly recommend T-Mobile for their support of a customer that was on the Sprint system until they became part of T-Mobile. Five stars Northbrook. Tom K.
